Can I call IconicHaus to place an order?
Yes, you can call our customer service hotline at +65 6690 7235 to place an order. Our operating hours are from 11am to 8pm daily, including Public Holidays.

How to remove an item in your shopping cart?

  1. Click on the Cart icon on top of IconicHaus page to go to your shopping cart.
  2. Under “Remove” column, click on "x" to remove the item.

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, an email containing the order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you right after you have placed your order.

What are the payment methods available?
To bring you the best online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods:

Will I receive communication if my payment status whether it fails or is successful?
Yes, you will receive an email notification of whether your payment was successful once your order has been confirmed.

Why am I not able to make a payment with my Paypal account?
We encourage you to use a Singapore Paypal account when making a purchase using Paypal on our website. While most international Paypal accounts are accepted by Paypal Singapore, you might encounter issues from some restricted country accounts.

Do you keep my credit card details?
No, we do not retain your credit card information. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment.        

How can I cancel my order?
You can call our customer service hotline at +65 6690 7235 to check if you can cancel your order.  Our operating hours are from 11am to 8pm daily, including Public Holidays.

What is the cancellation policy at IconicHaus?
IconicHaus allows you to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of purchase. A full refund will be made via mode of payment. 

Please note that you will be unable to cancel item(s) after 7days from date of purchase.

How can I change my particulars for my existing order (i.e. delivery address, phone number, etc)?
Please contact us at sales@IconicHaus.com or call us at +65 6690 7235 if you would like to change any of your particulars for your existing order.

Can I change my payment method after order has been made?
Unfortunately you cannot change your payment method once the order has been placed. However, you may cancel the order and reorder with us within 7 days from date of purchase.

Can I cancel the item(s) that I have accidentally placed wrongly?
Yes, you can cancel the wrong item(s) as long as it is within 7 days from date of purchase.

I received an incomplete order/ wrong item, what should I do?
Please contact us at sales@IconicHaus.com or call us at +65 6690 7235 and we will assist you promptly.  

I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?
Please send photos (3 sharp/clear photos) of the defective item(s) to sales@iconichaus.com. Our customer service team will reply you within 3 working days. In the event where an exchange cannot be made, IconicHaus is happy to offer you a hassle-free repair or substitute or refund.

What type of instalment plan does IconicHaus offer?
You can choose to pay for your purchases over either a period of 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months.

MAYBANK – All Maybank credit cards for 6 or 12 months
