What should I take note during the refund process?
Kindly ensure that the item to be returned is with its original packaging, free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals, and any other item(s) that came with it. Make sure to cover with a simple external packaging like plastic to avoid damage to the item during transportation.

Does IconicHaus cover the shipment cost for returns?
Yes, returning an item with IconicHaus is free of charge. (I think we don’t cover this as customer have to self-return to us or we can collect back but with a delivery charges. Unless refer to charges that we bring the items in from other countries despite their cancellation, yes we cover that)

How soon will I receive my refund?
Refund can be processed in case of return or cancellation. Your refund will be made based on your payment method at the time of purchase. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated. You will be able to see the credited amount on your bank statement.  It may take 14 – 30 days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your local bank policies.

If the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support.

I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?
Please send photos (3 sharp/clear photos) of the defective item(s) to sales@iconichaus.com. Our customer service team will reply you within 3 working days. In the event where an exchange cannot be made, IconicHaus is happy to offer you a hassle-free repair or substitute or refund.
