How do I check my order status?

What is my order number?
You can view the order number at the top right hand corner of your sales invoice e.g. IHJSXXXXXX.

I submitted my order but I would like to add more items?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to add more items to existing order. You will have to place a new order online or visit our showroom to place new order with our sales team. 

When will my order arrive?
The date of delivery will be provided in the sales order.

Will I receive a call before delivery?
Yes, our logistic team will be calling you 1-2 hours before the delivery.  

What are your rates for delivery charges?
For orders above $1000, delivery will be made free of charge. For order value under $1000, a fee of $50 will be charged.

Can I prearrange the date I want to get the delivery?
Yes, we are able to accommodate specific delivery time requests. Our sales team will advise you on the available dates and time slots.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We try our best to ensure your order is delivered within the promised delivery time. However, in case of delayed delivery, you will be receiving daily compensation rebates with our On-Time Delivery Policy. The daily compensation rebates is illustrated in the table below.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Our delivery services will be scheduled into different timeslots from Monday to Saturday between 2 to 5pm. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holiday.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you are unavailable to receive your order when it arrives, the undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse.  We will contact you to reschedule for the next available delivery with a fee of $80.

What if my delivery address is incorrect?
We will contact you to obtain the correct delivery address and reschedule for the next available delivery with a fee of $80.

What if I need to deliver my items to multiple addresses?
If you would like your items to be delivered to multiple addresses, additional delivery fee of $50 per trip will apply.

What happens if my items are too bulky to be delivered up my apartment?
For bulky items (such as sofa, bed, cabinets) that cannot be delivered through the building’s elevator, our delivery team will carry these items through the staircase. IconicHaus will require your confirmation as additional charges of $20 per non lift-accessible storey will be collected upon completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette. For example, 3 storey Semi Detached house will be charged at a fee of $60.

It is important for you to access your premises and provide us with most accurate judgement on whether the bulky items could be delivered up to your apartment. In the event where the items cannot be carried up to the apartment, IconicHaus reserves the right to cancel the delivery. There will be a penalty charge of 50% of the purchased price. IconicHaus will not be held responsible in such event.

Does IconicHaus offer International shipments options?
International shipment options are not available at the moment.

Can I pick up my order at IconicHaus Showroom?
Yes, you will be able to do so.

Do you provide Postal Shipping Service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide Postal Shipping Service at the moment.
